I was wondering if anybody knew where to get some QUALITY cooking equipment? Or alternatively what brand would be desribed as quality.

I'm what you would call a part-time cook. Since I've accepted a new position and resigned from my company the next 1-2 months are going to contain a lot of downtime for me. I usually like to fill that downtime with manic cooking.

My first thought was Lock n Lock as thats the only place I can recall seeing thats not down some back alley. Alternatively perhaps Shui-On Plaza and whatever equipment they have downstairs in the cooking area although I do know that they price rape/gouge a fair bit...
